Peshawri chicken kadai

Today I am giving you the recipe for special peshawri chicken kadai

please note down the recipe

Salt 1 1/2 tsp or to taste
White pepper powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp roasted and crushed
Garam masala 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Coriander seeds crushed and roasted 1tsp full
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillis
Ginger 1/4th juilline cut
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
1kg chicken
Oil 1 cup
