Today we are making tawa fish which is a very unique and tasty recipe hope u will enjoy making  it let's note down the ingredients:

Fish 1Kg (recipe should be multiplied as per qty )
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 2-3 tbsp
Coriander seeds crushed 3-4 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds crushed 3-4 tbsp
Red chilli pepper 2-3 tbsp
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Corn flour 1tbsp
All purpose flour 1tbsp
Egg 1 Oil for frying
