Dear Friends!
Chicken Donuts is loved by every individual, Its a kind of a snack which can be served with Tea or on any Parties with friends. Chicken Donuts is made with chicken mince or boneless chicken with so many different flavors of spices and herbs.
Lets get started and see how I am gonna make it , Plz note down the ingredients :
Bonless Chicken 750gm
Bread Crumbs 250gm
All Purpose 300gm
Eggs 3
Vinegar 1tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1tbsp
Soya Sauce 1tbsp
Chicken Cube 1
Salt to taste
Paprika powder 1tbsp
White Pepper 1Tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp for marination and 3-4 Cups For Frying
Procedure:
For Marination of a Chicken :
Add 2 tbsp Oil , Salt, Paprika , White pepper , Vinegar ,Soya Sauce, red chilli Sauce , Chicken Cube , 3 -4 tbsp bread crumbs , All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp and 1 Egg Yolk.
Now chop the material nicely and shape them in to donuts.
Take any cylinderical Cap with round shape to make whole in the centre of the donuts.
Flavour the eggs and flour with salt n pepper .
Now dip the donuts in to eggs , flour And bread crumbs. Fry them nicely on a low medium flame for about 10-12 minutes.
Tasty Crispy Home Made Chicken Donuts are ready !!!!

Here is a very special and unique recipe for Creamy Fruit Chaat with dry fruits and sprinkles. This is one of a very unique and Royal recipe for Creamy Fruit Chaat or Fruit Cream Salad . It can be served as its own or also on the table of main meal.
I love making this delight on special events too. Whenever any guest coming to my house i prefer to make this creamy royal fruit chaat as its too healthy and the favorite of both kids and elders.
This is made with different varieties of fruits which is available as per season in your place or country.You can make it both with whipping cream and full fat cream too . And yea You can add Honey instead of sugar too to make it more royal and healthy.
Lets get started and see how to make Creamy Fruit Chaat.
Ingredients :
Banana
Apple
Oranges
Kiwi
Mango
Pomegranate
Pear
Berries
Pistachios
Raisins
Sprinkles
Coco Pops
Whipping Cream and Sugar

We have of course lots of Varieties In Sandwiches But I find Chicken Fajita Sandwich always very tasty, delicious and satisfying. Chicken Fajita Sandwich can be served in any party as a snack and also can be given to kids in lunch box. Kids love it due to the richness of cheese in it even this sandwich can be the favorite of anyone.
So Friends Today we will be making Chicken Fajita Sandwich and lets note down the ingredients :
Ingredients For Chicken Fajita Sandwich :
Bread Slices 8 pcs
Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Paprika 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Tikka Masala 2 tsp
Capsicum 1 thinly sliced
Onion 1 thinly sliced
Grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup or if u want more cheese You can add accordingly
Butter 100 gm
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp to fry chicken
Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
Salt to taste

1. Marinate Chicken for 30 minutes
2. Put 2-3 tbsp oil in pan and fry the chicken nicely for about 7-10 minutes , little water can be added to make sure that chicken should be cooked nicely.
3. Now Once the chicken is done add vegetables in the chicken.
4. Saute veges for 2-3 minutes considering that vegetables crunchiness should not be lost
5. Put the ready material in plate and let it cool down.
6. Then put butter on 1 side of a slice of all your breads
7. Put filling on the other plain side of the bread slice and then put the grated cheese as per your choice.
8. Then Put the other bread slice on the top keeping the butter side out side .Do this with all your sandwiches.

Podina Aur Tamatar ke Chutney
Dear Friends!
Who doesn't like Podina Aur Tamatar Ke Chutney along with main meals specially lentils , daal , Fried fish or Rice. Its made with easily available ingredients and comes out very tasty. In India or Pakistan traditional ladies are serving this chutney or sauce almost with every food on the table and it really an addition to taste to any dish cooked in your kitchen. An Addition of garlic is the best part to this Chutney because it gives a healthy and aromatic touch to this Chutney.
I didn't add red chilli in to it as i have added green chilli so for me i need normal spicy. If you want to make it extra hot then consider adding more green chillis along with red chilli powder. So lets get started with the ingredients needed to prepare Podina Aur Tamatar Ke Chutney.
Ingredients:
Mint leaves 200 gm
Coriander leaves 100 gm
Green Chillis 3
Garlic Clove 2
Tomato 1
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Procedure : Put all the ingredients in a blender with little of water to make blending easy. Here is a tasty yummy Podina Aur Tamatar ke chutney is Ready. You can refrigerate this for about a week and keep using it.

Chicken Seekh Kebab Recipe - Home Made Quick And Easy

Dear Friends!
Seekh Kebab (Urdu: سیخ کباب, Hindi: सीख कबाब) is a type of Kebab, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made with Indian spices mixed with minced or ground meat, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. It is typically cooked on a mangal or barbecue, or in a Tandoor. Any party is incomplete without any appetizer to kick start with and no other option can be better than the hot grilled or roasted Seekh kebabs.
So lets get started with my way of making Chicken Seekh Kebab which is very delicious and quick to make.
Chicken Mince 1 kg
Onion 1 chopped
Green Chillis 2 Chopped
Fresh Coriander
Butter 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs 3 tbsp
All Purpose Flour dry roast 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam Masala powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Whole Coriander seeds dry roasted and crushed 2 tbsp
1.Mix all the ingredients well in chicken mince and rest it for 1 hour.
2.Take Seekh Rod and Put mince on this to give shape of a kebab then remove it.
3.Put Skillet on Fire and brush it with butter or oil
4.Put Seekh kebab on the skillet and keep the fire low.
5. Cook all the Seekh kebabs from each side , It will take around 15-20mins.
Serve Mazedar Tasty Chicken Seekh Kebabs with Hot Naans or Tandoori Roti

Coffee 100 gm
Sugar 100 gm
Water 100 gm
Milk 1 glass (or as per your need of making cups)

1.Put coffee , sugar and water in a bowl
2.On your hand mixer and keep mixing for about 15-20 mins until the shown consistency is achieved 3.Once coffee batter is done ,Put the coffee in a boiling milk .

Hope you all are fine , Today I am giving you the recipe for GAJAR KA HALWA which is one of the very delicious and most demanding dessert of Pakistan and India , it is usually made on any party occasions and people love it a lot specially when it is made traditionally so lets see how to make it .......
Please note down the ingredients :
Gajar/Carrots 10kg
Khoya or Mawa 1kg
Cardamom 4-5 pcs
Milk 1 Litre
Sugar 1 1/2
Cup Oil 1 1/2 Cup
Procedure:
Take a big Cooking Pot , Put All the grated Carrots on the pot along with th one litre of milk and put it on the stove . Let the carrots cook in its own water along with the milk for about 2 hours but keep stirring after every 20 mins of time ..... Once the water dries now add sugar which will be 1 1/2 cup for this recipe and will go perfect and cover it so that sugar water will be dried too but keep stirring meanwhile. And when the sugar water dries add Oil and keep stirring it for about 20-30 mins now add Khoya and again let it cook for 1-15 mins and finally when you see that everything is well cooked oil is seen on the top add almonds and serve it with the khoya on the top ..... Tasty Delicious Gajar Halwa is ready .....
