Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe in Urdu

Dear Friends!

Hope you all are fine , Today I am giving you the recipe for GAJAR KA HALWA which is one of the very delicious and most demanding dessert of Pakistan and India , it is usually made on any party occasions and people love it a lot specially when it is made traditionally so lets see how to make it .......

Please note down the ingredients :
Gajar/Carrots 10kg
Khoya or Mawa 1kg
Cardamom 4-5 pcs
Milk 1 Litre
Sugar 1 1/2
Cup Oil 1 1/2 Cup

Procedure:

Take a big Cooking Pot , Put All the grated Carrots on the pot along with th one litre of milk and put it on the stove . Let the carrots cook in its own water along with the milk for about 2 hours but keep stirring after every 20 mins of time ..... Once the water dries now add sugar which will be 1 1/2 cup for this recipe and will go perfect and cover it so that sugar water will be dried too but keep stirring meanwhile. And when the sugar water dries add Oil and keep stirring it for about 20-30 mins now add Khoya and again let it cook for 1-15 mins and finally when you see that everything is well cooked oil is seen on the top add almonds and serve it with the khoya on the top ..... Tasty Delicious Gajar Halwa is ready .....
