                              Chicken Seekh Kebab

Dear Friends!

Seekh Kebab (Urdu: سیخ کباب‎, Hindi: सीख कबाब) is a type of Kebab, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made with Indian spices mixed with minced or ground meat, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. It is typically cooked on a mangal or barbecue, or in a Tandoor. Any party is incomplete without any appetizer to kick start with and no other option can be better than the hot grilled or roasted Seekh kebabs.

So lets get started with my way of making Chicken Seekh Kebab which is very delicious and quick to make.

2.Take Seekh Rod and Put mince on this to give shape of a kebab then remove it.
3.Put Skillet on Fire and brush it with butter or oil
4.Put Seekh kebab on the skillet and keep the fire low.
5. Cook all the Seekh kebabs from each side , It will take around 15-20mins.
