Dear Friends!

Who doesn't like Podina Aur Tamatar Ke Chutney along with main meals specially lentils , daal , Fried fish or Rice. Its made with easily available ingredients and comes out very tasty. In India or Pakistan traditional ladies are serving this chutney or sauce almost with every food on the table and it really an addition to taste to any dish cooked in your kitchen. An Addition of garlic is the best part to this Chutney because it gives a healthy and aromatic touch to this Chutney.

I didn't add red chilli in to it as i have added green chilli so for me i need normal spicy. If you want to make it extra hot then consider adding more green chillis along with red chilli powder. So lets get started with the ingredients needed to prepare Podina Aur Tamatar Ke Chutney.

Ingredients:
Mint leaves 200 gm
Coriander leaves 100 gm
Green Chillis 3
Garlic Clove 2
Tomato 1
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Procedure : Put all the ingredients in a blender with little of water to make blending easy. Here is a tasty yummy Podina Aur Tamatar ke chutney is Ready. You can refrigerate this for about a week and keep using it.
