LAHORI / DELHI STYLE CHICKEN KORMA - چکن قورمہ - HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN QORMAH

HELLO FRIENDS!

Today I am going to give u my very own recipe of chicken qorma i hope you all will enjoy this................

Chicken Korma دیگی چکن قورمہ or Qorma is a traditional recipe originating in Central or Western Asia. Kormas are typically made by marinating the main ingredient in yogurt and spices like ginger and garlic. It is then cooked in its own juices and a gravy made of onions, whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander, cumin, etc. Kormas can range from mild to medium hot and taste nice with breads like Chapatis or naan.

Please note down the ingredients:

2. Onion 1 1/ 2 paste
3. Youghurt 1/2 cup
4. Sliced onion 1/2
5. Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
6. Salt to taste or  1 1/2 tsp
7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
8. Degi mirch or kashmiri red chilli 1tsp
9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
10.Cloves 7-8 pcs
11.Cardamoms 7-8 pcs
12. Whole pepper 15-18
13.Cinnamon stick 2 inches
14.Black cardamom 2
15.Bay leaves / curry leaves 2
16. green chillis 4-5
17.oil 1 - 1 1/2 cup
