Chicken karahi (Punjabi: چکن کڑاہی ), also known as gosht karahi (when prepared with goat or lamb meat instead of chicken) and kadai chicken is a Pakistani and North Indian dish noted for its spicy taste. Chicken White Karahi is a type of karahi with less spices but tasty and creamy at the same time. This karahi recipe is easy to follow with simple steps. Try for sure and enjoy with tandoori naan.
Plz note down the ingredients:
Chicken 500gm
Youghrt 250gm
Cream 50gm
Whole coriander roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chillis 3-4 cut
One inch of ginger juilline cut for garnishing
Oil 1/2 cup
