YUMMY VEGETABLE BIRYANI - EASY HOME MADE BIRYANI - RESTAURANT STYLE

HELLO FRIENDS!

How are you , Today i am going to give you a recipe of a very tasty and quick vegetable biryani

INGREDIENTS:

Rice (basmati/any other rice)-2 glass(200 gm)
Water-3.5 Glass
Chopped onion- 1
Chopped carrot-1(small)
Chopped green pepper-1(small)
Fresh/frozen peas-50 gm
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Green chilli(slit)-2
Bay leaves-2
Green cardamom(elaichi)-2
Clove(lavang)-3
Shahi biryani masala(any brand)-2 tbsp
Salt to taste or 1.5 tsp
Cooking oil 1 small cup
