Dry Chicken Tikka Cubes - Chicken Tikka fried Pops - Dry fried chicken

Hello friends !

How are you? Hope all things are fine today I am giving you the recipe for chicken tikka cubes or pops plz note down the ingredients :

Breast pc 250gm cut in cubes
Egg 1
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 tsp
Melted butter 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala 1tbsp
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients together with chicken and keep it for 30 miinutes and then fry until it turn golden

How to make Garlic bread with Cheese / Mozzarella Cheese

Hope you are fine and enjoying good health, Please note down the recipe for garlic bread with cheese

Ingredients:

French baguette 1
Mozarella cheese 1 cup
Red pepper crushed
Butter melted
Garlic cloves 5-6 finely chopped

Mix garlic and melted butter together then spread this material on bread after that put mozzarella cheese and then put in the oven at 200 c for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown

Tasty garlic bread with cheese is ready

Aloo Simla Mirch ke subzi - Potato Capsicum sabzi/vegetable

Hope you are fine and enjoying good health, here is the recipe for a very delicious and yummy recipe simla mirch n aloo ke subzi

Ingredients:
Potatoes – 2 boiled and chopped
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Frozen green peas 100gms
Tomatoes – 2 chopped
Oil – 1/2 cup
Green coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green chilly – 1 to 2
GG paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red whole pepper 3-4
Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Whole garam masala ( bay leaves , cloves, whole pepper, fennel seeds and cardamom)

Aloo Simla Mirch ke subzi - Potato Capsicum sabzi/vegetable

Dear Friends!

Hope you are fine and enjoying good health, here is the recipe for Aloo shimla mirch ke sabzi

Ingredients
Potatoes – 4 (250 grams)
Capsicum – 2 (250 grams)
Tomatoes – 1
Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green chilly – 1 to 2
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Red chilly powder – ¼ - ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste

Directions
Getting ready:
1.Wash the green chilies thoroughly and chop finely. Rinse the ginger well, peel and slice down thinly.
2.Now rinse the capsicums and potatoes as well. Peel the potatoes and chop each potato in 8 chunks.
3.Remove the seeds from the capsicum and remove the stalk as well. Chop the capsicum into big chunks.
4.Finely chop the green coriander and tomatoes as well.

Making:
5.Heat some oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds first. Then add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and finely chopped green chilly. Saute the spices for a while.
6.Add the potatoes to wok and stir well. Cover and let the potatoes cook through. Keep the flame low and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes.
7.Check and stir the potatoes. If needed, add 1 to 2 tbsp water. Cover again and let them cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
8.Now add capsicum, salt, red chilly powder and finely chopped ginger to the wok. Mix everything really well.
5.Cover again and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir and check the sabzi at regular intervals.
9.When the potatoes get tender, add chopped tomatoes and some green coriander to it. Mix well.
10.Cover the wok again and let the sabzi simmer on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Sabzi is ready, turn off the flame.

Serving:
11.Transfer the sabzi to a serving bowl or tray and garnish with some coriander sprigs.
12.Serve this lip smacking and super tempting potato shimla mirch sabzi piping hot with paranthas, naan, chapatti or poori.
13.Everyone will relish eating this sabzi for sure!

Oil 1 tbsp to marinate chicken pops

Start your oven at 180C and grill the pops for about 40 mins or until cooked

CHICKEN MALAI HANDI BONELESS- CREAMY CHICKEN - HOW TO CHICKEN MAKHNI MALAI HANDI

HELLO FRIENDS!

Hope you are fine and enjoying good health. Please note down the recipe for Malai Handi which is very very easy to cook and tasty to eat......

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Breast cube cut 2 pcs
White Pepper
Black Pepper crushed
Salt to taste
sesame seeds 1tsp
Butter 2 tbsp full
Fresh Cream 100gm
Youghurt 1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
2 Green chillis sliced
Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp full

Mix chicken cubes , GG paste, youghurt, sesame seeds, white n black pepper plus salt together............

Now put all ingredients in pot with one cup of oil and let it get cooked for 25-30 mins once the oil comes up add cream and butter after that again let it be on fire for about 5-7 mins and finally garnish it with green chillis and coriander

TADKA DAAL RECIPE -QUICK AND TASTY DAAL (URAD) MAASH - URAD DAAL RECIPE DHABA STYLE

Please note down the ingredients:

Urad / Maash daal 1 cup
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Procedure : Pour Oil in pot add onion and fry until golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2-3 mins and after this add tomatoes , all spices , water and cover it for 20 mins once water dries check if daal is cooked .

For Tadka:
Take oil , put cumin seeds red whole pepper and green chillis just fry for 1-2 mints and then put all in daal pot.....

Chicken Korma دیگی چکن قورمہ or Qorma is a traditional recipe originating in Central or Western Asia. Kormas are typically made by marinating the main ingredient in yogurt and spices like ginger and garlic. CHILLI CHEESE TOAST - QUICK BREAKFAST OR EVENING SNACK

Hello Friends!

Hope you are fine, Today we will learn to make chilli cheese toast, Chilli cheese toast makes an quick and delicious breakfast dish. Needs very few ingredients and gets ready in no time. Perfect for evening snack or breakfast.

Please note down the ingredients:

1.  Whole wheat Bread 3 slices
2. 1  cup Mozzarella Cheese
3. 1/2 white Pepper powder
4.  Salt to taste
5. 2 Chopped Green Chilli / Paste
6. 2 Cloves chopped Garlic
7. 1/4 Chopped Tomatoes
8. 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
9. Oil 2 tbsp

Add all ingredients in mozzarella cheese including chilli's , coriander , garlic and all spices ,Also put oil and mix well  

Now spread the mixture evenly on the toasted bread
And bake into the oven for 8-10 minutes, let the cheese melt

Slice into triangle or desired shape size using sharp knife and serve.

Here is instant solution for lunch or snack. It is so simple and easy and kids are delighted to have this bread pizza. You can add any topping to it and ready in minutes. Variation are endless with this recipe. Share this delightful and delicious recipe with your friends/family. Best for serving a crowd/surprise guests or cocktail party. Whatever the reason is, it is perfect lunch idea.

Please note down the ingredients:

1. Bread slices 5
2. 1/2 onion chopped
3.1/2 tomato chopped
4. 1/2 capsicum chopped
5. Red chilli pepper 1/2 tsp
6. White Pepper 1/2 tsp
7. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
8. salt 1/2 tsp
9. Mozarella cheese 1 cup
10. Butter to put as base on bread
11. Ketchup optional ( u can mix 1tbsp in mixture)

Bombay Masala Toast - Quick Masala Toast

Hello Friends !

Today I am going to teach you how to make BOMBAY SPECIAL SNACK WHICH IS MASALA TOAST

Bombay street food is well known.Bombay street toast is a crispy, tasty, quick and easy recipe. Its stuffing taste delicious. Mint and coriander chutney add extra taste to the sandwich. It is a typical street sandwich

Please note down the ingredients :

1. 4 bread slices
2. 2 potatoes boiled medium sized
3. Onion 1 chopped
4. Tomato 1/2 chopped
5. Green chilli chopped and paste 2 for each
6. Garlic 3 cloves finely crushed or chopped
7. Coriander mint chutney for slice base
8. Butter
9. Coriander leaves
10. Salt , red chilli , crushed red pepper to taste
11. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
12. Onion 1/2 slices
13.Lemon juice 1tbsp

Method:

Take two medium size boiled potatoes and mash them....
For Stuffing
Heat up 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add Cumin seeds, finely chopped onion.
Stir well. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes until onion softens up.
Add diced tomatoes, garlic, green chili paste
Mix well. Cook for another 3 - 4 minutes until tomatoes become soft.
Add mashed potatoes and mix it well..........

Add salt to taste , crushed red pepper , chilli powder,turmeric, lemon juice and coriander.
Stir well. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

For making sandwich

Take sandwich, Butter it from both sides. Spread coriander and mint chutney.
Spread the potato stuffing over the bread evenly. spread some sliced onion on top.....
Cover the bread with another slice.
Roast the sandwich on skillet from both sides until the bread turns deep golden in color and gets a nice crust.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve with sauce or chutney.

Salt 1 1/2 tsp
red chilli 1tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
tomatoes 2 chopped
onion sliced 1
water 1 cup
oil 1 cup

How to make mint raita

Hello Friends !

Plz note down the way to make mint chutney and then mint sauce in youghurt

For chutney

3 bunches of fresh coriander
1 bunch of mint leaves
4-6 green chillis long
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic
Just grind all ingredients together in just a little water n put it in jar and keep in fridge for frequent use

For making mint raita

Take youghurt 3 tbsp full add 1tbsp of this mint sauce we prepared and salt to taste and serve chilled

MANGO FRUTY /FROOTI RECIPE

Preparation time-30 minutes
Serving-6

Ingredients:

  • Ripe mango(washed)-2
  • Raw Mango(washed)-1
  • Sugar-150 gm
  • Water-1 litre(approx.)

Method:

  • Peel the mangoes, chop into pieces and discard the seeds.
  • Put the pulp in a pressure cooker, add one glass of water and close the lid.
  • Turn on the flame and put the pressure cooker on it, boil it for 4-5 whistles on high flame.
  • After 4-5 whistles, turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • Add sugar and one glass of water in a pan, put it on gas stove and heat it on medium flame till it starts to boiling.
  • Let the sugar dissolve completely (It takes approx 2 minutes on medium flame).
  • Once the sugar has dissolved, turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • Put the boiled mango pulp along with the it's water and sugar syrup in blending jar, blend it into smooth paste.
  • Take it out in a big pot and add 2 glasses of water(adjust the water based on your taste), stir it well.
  • Cover it and put it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Ready to serve, serve it with ice cubes.

How to make gujiya

Preparation time-45 minutes
No of pieces-10

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour(maida)-250 gm(2.5 cup)
  • Mawa(khoya)-100 gm(1 cup)
  • Mix dry fruits (chopped)-50 gm(1/2 cup)
  • Desiccated coconut-25 gm (1/3 cup)
  • Powdered sugar or normal sugar-3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/3 tsp
  • Ghee-2 tbsp
  • Cooking oil for frying

Method:

Dough Preparation-

  • Add 3 tbsp cooking oil in the maida and mix it properly.
  • Add water and mix it, add water and knead it into stiff dough (stiffer than roti dough).
  • Cover it and leave it for 15 minutes.

Stuffing-

  • Turn on the flame, heat a pan and reduce the flame to low.
  • Add desiccated coconut and roast it for a minute, keep stirring.
  • Take it out in a plate and keep it aside, add ghee in the same pan, let it heat.
  • Add chopped dry fruits, fry it for a minute on low flame.
  • Add mawa(khoya), cook the mawa for a minute on low flame, keep stirring.
  • Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • Once the mawa is cold, add sugar, cardamom powder and roasted coconut, mix it properly.
  • Stuffing is ready.

Gujiya Preparation:

  • Grease the gujiya maker or mould with ghee.
  • Take a small portion of dough, roll it into poori shape.
  • Place it inside the gujiya maker, put 2 tsp stuffing inside.
  • Apply few drops of water on the edges of the poori, close the machine and gently press the edges.
  • Take it out from the gujiya maker, Repeat the process to make gujiya from remaining dough.

Frying process:

  • Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan, keep the flame on low-medium.
  • Drop a small ball of dough to check the temperature of oil.
  • Place 3-4 gujiyas at a time in hot oil, Fry it for 4-6 minutes on low medium flame, keep flipping in between.
  • Take it out in a kitchen towel to absorb extra oil from it.
  • Repeat the frying process for remaining gujiyas.
  • Gujiya is ready to serve(Store it in a airtight container and consume within 5-7 days).
